Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the United States including Hawaii and Alaska.


Can I return or exchange my item?


If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us within 2 working days of receiving your order.

Our products are customized to your specific needs and not produced until your order is placed. It is for this reason we cannot offer you the option to return or exchange your products. If there is a manufacturer’s defect in your product or we have made a printing error we will remake your product for you.


Can I cancel or edit my order?

We will gladly accept cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. All of our products are customized to your specific needs, often times with personalization options. If you need to adjust your order, please reach out within the 2 hours of your purchase so we can help make the necessary adjustments to your order. Orders placed after 2 hours are put into production and we are not able to make adjustments or cancel your order.


What if my tracking number shows delivered but I can't find it?

We hire USPS and UPS to ship your orders from several locations within the United States. These packages have an associated tracking number. The package is scanned multiple times as it moves towards it’s destination and each scanner has a GPS location that details the exact location and time of each scan. If your tracking number shows delivered and you did not receive it, you can take multiple steps to troubleshoot the potential problem.

After confirming that you have checked with other members of the household to see if they may have collected the package, you should contact your local USPS office and file a claim for mail theft and they can track the exact GPS location of the package when it was scanned with the delivered status. If the GPS location data shows that it was delivered successfully to your property, you can then contact your local police department and attempt a mail theft case on your behalf.

Because we cannot offer a refund on a product that we don’t possess and you don’t possess, we take mail theft very seriously when shipping packages. It is a felony which carries a sentence of up to five years in prison and fines of up to $250,000 and often the first step toward becoming the victim of identity theft. This investigative process can take approximately 6-8 weeks and your local police department may need some detailed information from you along the way.


When will my order ship?

All of our items require different production time processes that range between 2-12 days. The holiday seasons can extend the times on certain product lines. If you would like to know about the print processing time about a specific product type, please reach out and we should be able to give you a narrower range when possible.

Where are you located?

We are headquartered in Colorado and ship from multiple locations throughout the United States.

How do I make sure I order the right size?

We offer a size chart for garments and flip flops in measurements of inches so that you can most accurately decide on the right size for you. 
For garments, allow the industry standard of 1 inch of a variance.
